Super Bowl XLVIII Champions

Jason was able to play hooky from work and go to the parade dowtown for the Seahawk parade. Three memorable things about this crazy day. 1. CrAzY crowded by the best fans in the world. 2. Freaking COLD weather won't stop these fans. 3. Pure excitement and adrenaline for hours. Good times!

Flag Football | Fall 2013

This fall David decided to try flag football instead of soccer with his friend, Mason. He ended up having a lot of fun, especially the second half of the season. The first half he didn't enjoy the feeling of not knowing what he was doing, but eventually figured it out. I, personally, enjoyed the first half of the season more since it was still sunny and warm. The end of the season... not so much.

Soccer | Football - Fall 2010

Holy cow! That went by fast! I can't believe that the kids' football and soccer season are almost over. This has been one of my favorite seasons so far. The kids had such a great time playing and were actually excited to go to practices this year! Ethan really wanted to play tackle football this year, but I wasn't quite ready for that so I signed him up for one more year of flag and he really had fun! He even said that he was glad he played flag again this year because he learned so much.

We had a lot of sunny games this year, but a lot of rainy ones too.

Ethan had two touchdowns this year. The kid is really fast and a great cutter.

Audrey played soccer again this year and absolutely loved her team! She had so many of her good friends from school on her team and they had such a blast playing together!

Of course the tunnel at the end of the game is still one of the best parts of the game!

It was so great to have Grandma and Grandpa's come out and watch their games. The kids always love to have them there.

David is my side line buddy and he was such a trooper. He always finds some way to entertain himself! I think next year we'll let him have a go of it.

Our last game was the most dirty, MUDDY game of soccer I have ever seen, and I think it's safe to say that our girls are NOT afraid to get dirty! They loved every minute of it!

Uh-oh! Watch the elbow lady!

Coach Russ told the girls at the beginning that if they played really hard and weren't afraid to get dirty that he would let them cover him in mud at the end of the game. He was true to his word!

Grandpa got quite a few chuckles watching these girls try to play a game of soccer in this muddy field!

It took quite some time to get the girls clean enough to even get in the car. They were a mess, but we did it!
