Field Trip to Remlinger Farms

Today I was able to go on Audrey's first kindergarten field trip. We went to Remlinger Farms, where we learned about goats, sheep, chickens, pigs, ducks, cows... (you get the idea). We also learned about pilgrams, bees, and how to survive in the pouring rain! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but I don't think the kids cared. They had such a fun time. Audrey's favorite part of the field trip was a toss up between the hay maze and the train ride. Both were a lot of fun! Oh! She also loved picking out her own little pumpkin and searched until she found the smallest, cutest one she could find!

There were so many parents that signed up to go on the field trip, that the only kids in my group were Audrey and our neighbor, Sam. This made it a lot of fun and not too stressful. My biggest fear on field trips is that I'm going to lose one of the kids!
