Not ready to go home yet!

Today I definately woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Before they even left for school this morning, my poor kids got a big lecture on being thankful for whatever cereal we have and not complaining that they didn't have their favorite kind... I, of course, even went into how there are some kids in the world that don't even get breakfast.

I knew it was going to be a long day! David was losing it over everything too! We were two very crabby crabs. So... as I was driving home from running some errands this morning I decided to stop by the park instead of going home to fold my laundry and mop my floors! It was so nice to be outside in the warm sun and it was a welcome surprise for Davie too!

I may have a big pile of laundry and dirty floors, but David and I are both in MUCH better moods!

I suppose I could go fold the laundry and mop the floor now, but why ruin a good day! Right?!

I hate days like that! Glad you are feeling better though. Sunny days at the park always make me happy too! :)

Well, I'm glad you went to the park instead and yes the laundry & floors can wait until tomorrow.

I hope you have a better Friday evening and weekend.

I'm with you! Laundry will be there in the morning and the floors will just get dirty again right! We spent the day at the park too. My post will be delayed, Joe just got back in town from a week long trip. So, look for it later this weekend.

By the way, what lens are you using on your camera. I love the way your photos come out so soft. And the color is fantastic. i tend to get a big flash back form my camera on auto setting. Help me out with some fun camera tips PLEASE and I might jsut come up and do some decorating..LOL

some friend I am...I was clueless to your mood. I'm sad Dana and I didn't ditch (the emissions test) and hit the park with you ~ I know we would have had more fun. I hope you're feeling better/happier.

Way to go! Sometimes you just have to do that, huh.

And no, I was not freaked out by Audrey's tooth story, I actually was impressed she caught it and didn't lose it! Once they're out, it's really not traumatic anymore. But thanks for thinking of me, you are funny! :)

I wish we lived closer so you could have called me up and had me and Blake meet you there. I just spent Friday cleaning, but that was because Erics mom was coming. WE would have much rather been at the park. Moms right, the park definatley makes for better memories than mopping. That is something I need to remember.
