Kanaskat-Palmer

Well, we didn't exactly go camping this weekend, but we did visit Maria & Eric up at Kanaskat-Palmer Camp Site on Friday! Since Kanaskat is only 8 miles from our house it made it easy to go up and hang out for the day and then drive home in the evening and climb into our nice warm beds. (My kind of camping!!) Of course, the kids would have loved to have stayed and camped in the rain, but as Maria would say... I'm a wimp!

The kids hiked, rode bikes, roasted marshmellows and played in our groovy Stringham camper! It was a lot of fun and we hope to do some real camping soon!

you guys had way more fun than I thought you would. ;) I LOVE the picture of Davey with the huge axe. A most excellent skill to have at 2-1/2. ;)

Wow! It looks like everyone really had fun! Do you think all the moss on the trees says something about our winter and spring weather? It's amazing that with your photography talent you can make even the Stringham camper presentable! I'm guessing Davie came home with all his fingers and toes!!
