I've noticed that David and I have fallen into a little routine and I kind of think he has quite a nice life going on! After we wake up and get the kids off to school, Davie usually lounges around in his pj's most of the morning. He watches Dora or Diego and has a bowl of cereal while mom jumps in the shower.
This morning he opted for playing a little X-Box MX Vs. ATV Untamed. He just loves to steer the motocycle guys around and crash them into people, trucks, buildings, and whatever!... It's never too early to start working on that hand eye coordination.
After we get our morning chores and errands done, we have lunch. Almost EVERY day he has wheat thins, laughing cow cheese spread (garlic herb), popcorn, and yogurt. He especially loves having lunch with "his Dana". (It's true... he actually refers to her as "my Dana") On this particular day we switched things up a little and had pizza, chips, and juice for lunch. C'mon... who wouldn't love that menu?! 
After lunch we always go outside to play for an hour or so... gotta get that jeep and bike riding out of his system. I love that it's already October and the weather has "mostly" been pretty nice. I am really going to be in trouble when it gets too cold and wet to play outside. I guess I'll go out anyway, but I won't enjoy it as much.

Today, and many days, Dana's cousin, Preston joins us and I just thought he looked so darn sweet in this picture with his teddy and his doll.
After playing outside for a while, he gets to come in and take a nice long nap!... who wouldn't want that?!.. well, someday's not Davie, but for the most part I think he knows he's ready for one. By the time he wakes up from his nap, the kids are home from school and he enjoys playing with them.
What a great life you have Davie!... Ahhhh... to only be a kid again!

Man this reminds me of days long ago. Only, part of it would involve talking to my sister, your mother, for an hour or so while Leslie watched her morning shows. Barney was the favorite back then. Good times.

Sounds like a day-in-my-life as a nanny. Little do the kids know I am being paid to be their friend! Glad you had a fun day! I cannot believe how grown up your kids are getting!
