For the past few months we have been very busy with basketball games every Tuesday and Thursday night. I didn't originally sign Ethan up for basketball, because last time he played he didn't seem to enjoy it all that much, but when I told him that I didn't sign him up he was so upset! I was so surprised by his reaction and I felt pretty bad, but luckily our good friend and neighbor, Doug, signed on at the last minute to be a coach and we were able to get Ethan on the team.

Ethan says he really enjoyed playing this year, although sometimes I wonder if he just really enjoys being able to goof around with the guys more. Doug did a great job with these rascals... it's pretty hard to keep all these eight and nine year olds focused for very long. But they all definately improved and had a great time! I'm glad it's over though, because it was already conflicting with baseball and we need a break! :)
Thanks again Doug!

Kaishon played last year and he didn't like the games. He loved the practices though... Hope he has fun. Your kids are SO cute it's ridiculous. Oh my gosh!
Sorry the deleted comment was from me. I so can't spell!! Looks like Ethan had fun. I couldn't tell if Basketball was Tommy's favorite either. I am suprised Jason didn't help Doug coach. He loves basketball.
Maria... Unfortunately Jason has a hard time making it to the games on time since he's usually tied up at work. He did coach one game when Doug was unavailable though!
Oh how I remember the days! Good for the boys to be involved in something!
I missed my Bball sign ups too this year... tell ethan if he ever wants to play, I'm game!!!!
Go Ethan! And congrats on making the top ten!!!!
Sounds like so much fun. I'm glad he got to get on the team, and that he enjoyed himself.
r.e.l.i.e.f!!! The season is over. I'm glad Doug headed the entire season himself...I wouldn't have had it in me. ;)
And, of coure, your pictures turned out amazing!!
