Sunday afternoon at Redondo

Maria invited us to go hang out with them Sunday evening at Redondo and I'm glad she did because it was such a gorgeous day! We have been LOVIN' this weather and it was so nice to be out enjoying it!!... aside from all the mishaps of the day, like trying to find a parking spot, and someone threatening to run Maria and baby Brody over with their car, and after I thought my lens was broken (it was only the filter... PHFEW!), and after David & Blake fell in the water and got themselves soaked.... I am still glad we went because it was so great being out in the warm beautiful sun!... oh how we've missed you!

The kids had a good time playing around and Maria and I had fun playing with our cameras... the kids weren't really in the mood to take a lot of picture so I didn't take very many, but I love this place and I definately want to go back and take a thousand more! What fun.

Audrey... this girl needs to just stop growing up already! Geeeesh.... But at least she humored me and let me snap a few pics.




Oh... and try not to notice that Ethan's pants are totally highwaters... I swear I just bought these a few months ago and they're already too short!

Here's a shot of David and Blake shortly after we told them not to get too close because they might get wet.... guess they didn't care.
They kept running in further and further and, of course, Davie fell and got totally soaked.
And... obviously Blake didn't learn anything from David's experience since this happend just a few short minutes after David fell in. But really, they both recovered quickly and ran back in the water for round two.



Thanks again for inviting us Maria... next time we'll be more prepared with flip-flops, money for parking, towels, and FOOD! :)

Maria got some really great shots too with her new camera and she sent me a some that I wanted to include, but unfortunately my main computer is on the blitz and I can't access them right now.... I can't access much right now, so I may be out of comission for a while. Booo-hoooo......
