On Monday David had a teddy bear picnic at his preschool. All the kids got to bring a teddy bear to school and have them sit, play, and have snacks with them during preschool. Since David doesn't have a teddy bear (sad, I know...), Audrey was kind enough to let David borrow one of hers and he was so proud to show it off to his teacher and his friends. At the end of class when we came to pick them up they performed three songs for us and it was
very cute! Afterwards we celebrated by having a little picnic.
David just loves his preschool teacher, Mrs. Cloud. Every morning he asks if it is preschool day and is always sad on the days he doesn't have preschool. Mrs. Cloud just has a special way with kids and she also does such a good job at teaching them too. We couldn't ask for a better preschool.

Wow, the second preschool blog I read just now. It's funny because I've been thinking about doing a preschool. Who knows where that thought will go, maybe right out the window, but it sure does look like fun.
Love the bear picnic idea...I think we'll try it at home on the next rainy day.
Fun,,,,,brings back memories...ok, but who the heck is "little miss grumpy" in the first 3 pictures? Darling little Davey is alll smiles!

Dana had fun. I would just like to point out (for posterity) that I did not dress Dana on this particular day...she chose her own clothes. That is why she looks, well, like a raggamuffin! ;)

What a FUN preschool! I love the teddy bear picnic idea. I was tempted to do a teddy bear tea party for Imogen's 2nd birthday, but I think she wouldn't really enjoy it until she is at least 3.
