Last week the Halls were in town visiting for their spring break (too bad our spring break was the following week!) and so one day we let the kids play hooky from school and we went to the Pacific Science Center with them and the Munks. The weather was beautiful and the kids had so much fun. With Ethan and Audrey hanging out with their older cousins, I barely saw them the entire time we were there so I mostly just explored with David. David loved everything and I must admit, it was actually kind of nice being able to give him my full attention for most of the time.
The entire gang. We were quite a site to behold with our twelve kids running around.
The first room you enter at the Science Center is the Dinosaur Exhibit and I wasn't sure if I was ever going to get David leave and check out any of the other exhibits.

My favorite exhibit! The butterfly exhibit. I have dreams of one day catching a shot of one landing on one of my kids, but so far, no such luck. The cutest part of visiting the butterfly exhibit was watching David twirl around in front of the mirror making sure that there were no butterflies on him.

We could probably just come here and visit this tractor scoop every week and David would never tire of it.
David hanging out with his older and very cool cousins. They always let him feel like he's part of their gang.

Kids checking themselves out in the funny mirrors. This one made them look like they were short and pudgy.
I love when my kids say... "Mom! Take a picture of me!"

Of course, Audrey is the first one to want to touch something slimey.
My one and only exciting picture of Ethan. I believe this is the only time I spotted him the whole time we were here!
Meagan doing the moon walk in the cool space exhibit. Unfortunately both Ethan and Audrey weren't heavy enough to give it a try.

After we were done at the Pacific Science Center, we wanted to kill some time so we wouldn't get stuck in rush hour traffic, so we decided to take the monorail over to the mall and hang out and get a snack.
Watching all the cars and buses below. Obviously, David looooooves riding the monorail, and the rest of the kids did too.

Chillin at the mall

As Aunt Julie likes to call them... "the two knobs".
And, of course, David wanted a picture standing on a cement ball too!
Standing on the Space Needle.

It was such a fun day and we just wish we could hang out with the Halls more often! They are so much fun.

I would have let my kids play hooky too. This was a great excuse. What a cool Mom! Love all the photos, but my fav is David on the monorail with his reflection in the window. Beautiful!
Looks like fun! I second Jaime's comment about my fav being of David's reflection! I am jealous of the beautiful light you get to photograph in!
