This is such a great group of kids and I'm sure that David is going to miss them a lot when school is over.
Each of the kids had a different fruit or vegetable they needed to find in the produce department.
Another one of the highlights for David was going in the big walk-in freezers in the back. The kids couldn't believe how cold it was!
At the end of their visit, Ken gave each of them a cookie from the bakery and a balloon. What more could a five year old ask for?
Wow. Only one more week of preschool and next year he's off to kindergarten. David can not wait fo finally go to the big kid school and I'm so excited for him too!

Love your photos though -- you make a grocery store look sexy.
And those kids are SO cute. I'm going to miss them -- I bet Dana will too.
What a neat field trip!! What will you do with all of your time next year?!?! work, work, work... I'm sure!!
I love this post! The pictures were so cute and really love the one of all the kids following the store manager around! What a fun field trip. Are you going to give Mrs. Cloud a copy of all your pictures of her p-reschool?
This is such a fantastic idea for a field trip. I think I'll have to suggest this for a field trip for our play group this summer. Very fun!
