I knew when David got off the bus and I told him we needed to run some errands he was not going to be happy. So I suggested he bring Bunny and Yoshi with us and they could do the shopping for me and he immediately had a change of heart. Why can't my older kids be this easy to manipulate? hmmm..
I love the small carts they have at Safeway now. David took great care pushing both Bunny and Yoshi around while filling my cart with all the items on my list.
I am aware that I look like a nut while following my kid around in the grocery store snapping photos, but I have been feeling the need to dust off my camera lately and get out and take photos so I guess I'll have to accept the fact that I look obnoxious. haha.
And the best part! Self checkout. My kids love this. And David took care of the entire transaction (with a little help, of course). I wonder how long this trick of making errands "fun" will last... Hopefully at least one or two more times! Because really... who likes errands? Not me!

I love this, friend. I too feel quite obnoxious when I'm taking pictures of produce at the grocery store, but I'm getting over it little by little. I love the idea of letting the kids to the checking out...have to try that next time.
what was on the list that required you to stop on the wine aisle? ;)
i've been struggling with photos, too. it's because i'm so dang far behind on my blogging. and i feel guilty. ;)
I am with you, I love the small carts, and the self check out. Truman enjoys this quite a bit and it makes shopping with Mom much more fun.
I'm laughing at the photos of David in the wine row. Looks like a tough decision to make with all those choices. LOL
