We love chocolate chip cookies and ever since I got my new Kitchenaid we've been making cookies almost every week! It's sad, but making something from scratch is such a novelty to my kids and they think it's the funnest thing ever! It's actually been such a fun new family activity that we all like to do together... even David likes to get in on the fun!

C-O-O-K-I-E...D-O-U-G-H!We also love cookie dough... I think more than we like cookies! I'm sure one of the reasons we have to make cookies so often is because we eat so much cookie dough... Mom and Dad included! Yum!

Cookie dough is SO much better than baked cookies. Half the time I don't even bother turning the oven on!

Before I got pregnant I would make chocolate chip cookies at least once a week. IT's so easy to bake when it's dark and cold outside all the time. :)

Yep, that's how it was when you were growing up. You and/or Maria would make up a chocolate chip cookie recipe and we were lucky we would get a dozen cookies out of a 3 dozen recipe.
