Hansel & Gretel

This weekend Ethan was in his school play, Hansel & Gretel. It was put on by the Missoula Children's Theatre, who did a great job. The whole cast worked hard all week with practices from 4pm until 8pm each night. I was so impressed with how well it was performed with only one week of practicing. Everyone was fantastic. Ethan loved being involved with the play and loved being on stage (which, for those of you who know Ethan well, is kind of surprising). It was so cute because for the first few minutes he was on stage you could see him biting his cheek trying not to laugh. He had a few lines and performed in most of the musical numbers. He has already asked if he could be in the next school play, so I definately think he had a great time.

Our neighbor, Laurel, was also in the play and was so great. She had the perfect amount of spunk and attitude. We really enjoyed watching them!

MCT is amazing ~ I have loved all 3 plays that Laurel is part of. It will be fun to watch the DVD again and again and again! ;) And I'm glad Ethan had fun...in 2 years he can try out for the 5th Grade Production, too! :)

How fun! That was one of my favorite stories to be read to when I was young. Just got your e-mail, and a big THANKS to you for showing me how make my images larger. I am going to play around with it tomorrow. I hope it wasn't too much trouble, it looks like it was, so thank you again!
