Being the super awesome wife that I am, I always put on a cheerful face when Jason starts talking about planning another riding trip with his brother down in Atlanta. HA! As hard as I try to avoid it, I know it's inevitable. It is something they both love and they both look forward to a lot. And, of course... after all the prodding and convincing Julie did to persuade Dave to buy another bike so that Jason would have one to ride when he visits, there is just no way I can say no. Unfortunately this year Jason had no work taking him to Atlanta so he had to pay his own way...bummer.
The guys had a blast and took 565 photos of their ride... and that's no typo, my friends... 565!! I've sifted through them and found a few favorites (okay, maybe more than just a few), although they were all pretty cool! (I kept getting confused as to who was who because they rode two days and they changed their gear so I put their initials in the corner to keep them straight.)

Here are a few cool pictures. The first one is a panoramic picture Jason took of one of the tracks... I thought it was kind of cool, the second one is a continuous shot Dave took that I merged together... kinda fun.

I'm glad they had a fun time and I'm glad they both came back safe and in one piece.

looks like the boys had fun. Great pictures that each of them took too. I'm so glad my husband is not into that stuff, sure saves us a lot of money. :)
Each time I see these pictures I hold my breath!
these pictures are amazing -- but I keep hearing Jason saying, "I'm just a casual rider." whatever.
I think the time to really freak out will be the first time Jason takes Ethan along for the Boys' Weekend...CRAZY!!!!
I loved the picture where you merged a lot of shots together. So cool!
I thought David was on a business trip?! Wow, the things you find out while reading family blogs. j/k
They were gone so much it wasn't even like Jason was hear. Next time Becca has to come.
Great pictures! I love that last one, it could be a poster.
Now the only problem is David is moping around the house with nothing to look forward to. Apparently, I'm not as exciting as Jason is.
I miss Jason...I'm depressed....
dave... if it makes you feel any better, soon after j got home he sheepeshly said that you guys were arealdy trying to plan another trip. (he must have thought i was in a good mood or something...)
julie... i agree! i wanna come next time!
Neat pix... the one you merged together is deifately my favorite!!! Makes me miss Georgia!!
These are great photos! Becca, you have some serious photo editing/enhancing skills!
What awesome pictures!! I also loved all of the pictures of your kids at the skate park, you can never have too many pictures of them. They will greatly appreciate it someday.
