Trip to Vancouver

Last weekend we took a short trip up to Vancouver to see the new temple they built there. It was so much fun to be able to share this with the kids. They loved being able to go inside the temple and to see how beautiful it is and there is such a sweet spirit there. Unfortunately the day we went it was pouring down rain (What is it with the rain already?! Go away!) so we didn't get a chance to walk around the grounds at all.

We decided to stay up there two nights so that we could have fun just hanging out. We went to Water Mania, an indoor water park, went to see How to Train Your Dragon again, (love that movie!) and out to eat a lot! My kids favorite was going to IHOP for breakfast.


Some of the kids' favorite parts of our trip were just staying at the hotel and going through customs. They just thought it was SO COOL that they actually left the country and kept saying how "different" they thought Canada was. haha.
