Wow. Is vacation already over? We had such a fun time visiting the Hall Family in Boise last week. My kids love their cousins so much and couldn't stop talking about how we should buy the home that is for sale across the street from them. (I wish!) We had so much fun going out on the boat, spending a few days at Roaring Sprints Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Center, went to see a movie, watched Garrett play in a three on three basketball tournment in the streets of downtown Boise, visited the Boise Discovery Center, and enjoyed just hanging out at their home and staying up way too late!
We love this spot that they take us boating every year. It is so beautiful. Definately a different boating experience than the bumpy waters of Lake Washington!

After we got to the spot we wanted to dock at, we set up dinner and when we went to head back out on the water, the boat wouldn't start. Our family must be cursed! After trying for about 30 minutes, we gave it a rest and luckily when we went back to try it again later, it started right up. Phfeww! Here is David looking a little upset about the whole situation.
Allan took the kids on quite the wild ride. They always want to go faster and he is more than happy to oblige.
Getting ready for take-off!
James, Katie, Audrey, and Madeline (hiding in the back) getting some air!
And... landing. LOVE their expressions
It's okay Garrett... Don't worry.
... and lift-off. Wish I would have caught this shot a milisecond later because these guys were SO HIGH.
...and ended like this!
Ethan after being flipped in the tube and getting the wind knocked out of him. Shake it off buddy.
The kids just love hanging out at the Halls home. They love riding motorcycles and quads, playing on the swing set and trampolines, going fishing in the pond nearby and just hanging out.
The girls went to Roaring Springs Water Park one afternoon while the guys kicked it at home. Ethan had a wicked cough. (The worst I have EVER heard, which turned out to be staph aureus... it was awful.) The boys then decided to make their own little water slide in the backyard.
Sargeant!
Audrey, Madeline, and Katie all bought a few of these bracelets you may have seen all over the place. It's the new thing in case you didn't know...
The kids had a blast at Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family fun center. They are connected so we bought a pass so that we could go back and forth and do both of them all day long. It was a HOT day too... around 102 degrees so those water slides felt real good!
Daddy and David trying to get me!
Going for the pass!
Don't let Katie's sweet smile fool you. She got her bracelet marked for crazy driving. She rammed a stopped car from behind for no good reason at all. ha. Actually, it couldn't be avoided so we all thought it was quite unfair she was given a warning.
Garrett is a pretty good little ball player! We got to go watch him play in Boise's BAM Jam basetball tournament. Their team came in second place for their age group and Garrett played hard.
Nice hops!
NOooooo!... Luckily he bounced up and recovered quickly despite his bloody knee.
On the night before we left, Allan took Jason out to shoot a few of his guns. LOVE this shot he captured of Allan's neighbor.
Sigh... going home. Went by way too quickly.
