Happy Birthday Ethan

Ethan is finally 11! Well... Ethan thinks it's "finally" and I think it's "already?"! This year for his birthday he wanted to just have his friends come over and hang again with pizza, donuts, and some X-Box 360! Any excuse to be able to play endless hours of video games that are linked up with some of his buddies is a dream come true!

Here is the balloon family that Audrey and David made out of all the left over balloons from Ethan's birthday. No balloon is safe in this house. If one is found it will be immediately blown up and have a face drawn on it!

We are so glad that this funny, smart, and kind kid is part of our family. His favorite things right now are riding his dirt bike with his dad, playing sports and video games, and hanging with his friends. He's into Percy Jackson and Diary of a Whimpy Kid. He hates doing homework and going to bed. He's a total night owl, but an early bird as well. He takes after his dad in that respect. His favorite foods are pizza, cereal, chips and salsa, Bean with Bacon Soup, and Tacos. He's such a picky eater, but has just recently become more open to trying new foods. I love to hang out with him because he makes me laugh with his dry sense of humor! Many people don't get to see this side of him because he's so quiet, but the kid is funny and appreciates good humor!

Ethan doesn't like cake so it's become our tradition to get his favorite Krispy Kreme donuts instead! Yum.

Ethan's favorite gifts this year were all the Legos and the Halo Mega Blocks he got. He spent all weekend putting them all together!
