Every day when I wake up to actual sunshine streaming through my windows I just get an extra burst of energy and last week on one beautiful sunny day, David and I decided to take advantage and head to the park to visit the ducks. However, we quickly realized that athough it was sunny, it was SO stinking cold! The puddles were frozen over, there was hardly anyone at the playground, and I just kept asking David if he was ready to go. Hopefully in the next few months, it will start to warm up so we can get out a bit more. Because anyone who knows me is well aware that I do NOT like to be cold. I'm a baby and so I conviced David to head home and play a board game with me instead.
Throwing pine cones into the water. It didn't matter how hard he tried, every attempt landed in just about the same spot.
David has been obsessed with Pokemon Sorry lately. We play this game at least twice a day!

Funny, we did the same thing last week, and ended up coming home from the park and playing a board game instead. Haven't tried poke mon sorry yet, maybe we'll have to add that to the list. I love getting to play games with kids, it's so fun to see how their minds work.
