Durhamtown | February 2012

Over President's week, Jason took his annual trip down to Durhamtown near Atlanta to visit his brother and go dirt bike riding. This year he decided it was time for Ethan to go with him! They both had so much fun and I love that they share something that they both love to do together. Ethan had so much fun and said he'll remember the trip for the rest of his life. He said he laughed so much that his face hurt. (If you've ever been around David and Jason together, you would understand why...) He also rode so much and so hard that when he got home, he was so sore that he could barely walk up the stairs.

Ethan loved the larger bike he borrowed for the ride and now it's obvious his little P90 is waaaay too small for him now. Guess we'll have to give it to Audrey.

The first day they went riding it was gorgeous and 70 degrees. They spent the night up there in a cabin, but the next morning it was pouring down rain and then they got word that they were closing the tracks because of tornato warnings. They were bummed, but were happy they made it back a few days later to get a second day of riding in!

Here are a few pics of Ethan after his first day of riding. He didn't want to stop, but as soon as he took a break he realized he was pooped.

Dave's good friend, Brian, went riding with them as well.

There were like twenty pictures of the bikes being pulled on the trailer on the way home. To say these guys are proud of the bikes is an understatment.

Supercross Atlanta, GA
February 26, 2012

On Saturday, they all went to the Supercross at the Georgia Dome. They were thrilled with their amazing seats and they spent the whole day. Their favorite, James Stewart came in third place. Ryan Dungey won with Villopoto coming in second.

I laughed out loud when I saw this picture, I'm not really all that convinced that he was taken a picture of the starting line-up. But it's all good... I mean, she does look almost exactly like me.

The guys were a little freaked out that James wouldn't stop staring at them. Geeesh... what a creeper.

Dawson hung out with the big boys for the first part of the day. After a few hours, his mom picked him up so he could attend a friend's birthday party.

Dave... you can thank me now that I didn't post the other pictures in this sequence. :)

Candid of James Steart.

I am super jealous that the guys got to hang out with our nephew's, Dawson and Quinton. We haven't seen Dawson in so long and have yet to meet little Quinton. They are so stinkin cute and the boys said they were so much fun. They tried to describe and imitate Quinton's laugh, but were pretty unsuccessful... we hope we will get to hear it ourselves soon! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures Jason snapped.

Thank you Julie for letting my boys come and hang out. They had so much fun and I hope they behaved themselves.
