Family Fun Center

Spring Break this year was kind of a bust. We didn't have a lot of plans and it was cold and rainy almost the whole week. We spent most of our days chillin at home with our neighbor friend's and doing housework. Awesome. On Friday, Maria and I decided to take the kids to the Family Fun Center in Tukwila, rain or shine. Luckily for us...it turned out to be a gorgeous day! Even though it was a little chilly for flip flops. (ahem, Maria!)

First ride of the day for the little guys was the Frog Hopper. Brody was especially excited to be included...that is until it started moving, then he wasn't so sure.

However, by the end of the ride he decided that it was indeed a very fun ride!

David and Blake were soooooo excited when they learned that they were tall enough to do the bumper cars. It's a good thing to be a "big kid".

The older kids started out with some miniature golf...

The favorite for the older boys was the go carts, of course. Tommy came in first on one round and Ethan came in first on another.

Another favorite was the sling shot. Ethan was able to get especially high and was able to do front and back flips!

David said that his favorite attraction was the bumper boats. Love that happy smile!

The little ones also loved the miniature golf and Brody was so cute setting his ball right up next to the hole so he cold hit it in! The first time he got it in the whole, he yelled... "touchdown!!" So cute.

David was pretty pleased with his performance as well.

Well, I'm glad we were able to do at least one noteworthy thing during spring break.  Some days it was nice to just hang out with friends and not rush around, but by the end of the week we were very happy to get out. We had a fun time, although I will say I prefer Wahooz in Boise over Family Fun Center because you can buy a bracelet and go on all the attractions all day versus having to purchase and use up points, which I have decided is waaaaay too expensive. After our fun day we headed to the Stringham Family favorite restaurant, El Charro. Yum.
