Today my little girl turned six years old! Where does the time go?! When I was pregnant with Audrey I had convinced myself, and everyone else too, that I was having another boy. I think I did this because I really wanted a little girl but didn't want to be disappointed. Right after I delivered Audrey, the doctor handed her to me. Jason, my mom, and I were all just gazing at this perfect little baby when, after about a minute or two of admiring this new little spirit, my mom (who was in the delivery room) asked... "what is the sex?" I couldn't believe NONE of us, including the doctor, checked to see what the sex of our new baby was!! I was soooooo excited to find that it was a little girl! My little Audrey.Blast from the past...
Audrey has brought so much fun and joy to our family. I think she enjoys life more than anyone I know. She is easy to please and loves to try everything! She has taught me to appreciate the little things in life! Above is a picture of Audrey on her second birthday when we were all singing to her... she loved every minute of it!

I forget how much Audrey and Emily look alike until I see the old pictures of Audrey. If it weren't for the hair they'd be twins!

That's funny, Maria, I thought the same thing! I actually have a picture of Catie I took the other day that I thought she resembled Audrey!
I too think it's amazing how much Jaylee and Audrey look alike... earily alike!! Happy birthday Audrey... hope our present got there a few weeks ago, I forgot to follow up!!
